I have received the following info from NYM NP, "where landowners have had their restrictions varied by DEFRA to allow their paths to reopen, the paths through farmyards will remain closed. It may be possible that a temporary diversion around the farmyard can be agreed with the landowner but in many cases this will not be possible. Any diversion also has to be agreed with DEFRA.

A path through a farmyard will remain closed until the restriction on that landholding is lifted. This will happen when the restocking process has been undertaken and all testing has been completed satisfactorily. According to the latest information that I have received restocking across the whole County will not have been completed until the start of April, so a small number of paths through farmyards may remain closed until then."
