i am looking at doing offas dyke south to north and back again in one go, for charity.
no worries, im in no great rush, i was looking at doing 15-20 miles per day.
being an ex-squaddie, im going to be doing it rough as well.
im after as much information as possible, pointers etc., its only me, got some time on my hands now, so i may as well help while im having fun!!!

im going to be walking to raise funds for the phoenix survivors, who's advocates are Sara Payne and Shy Keenan .

any pointers will be appreciated, im ' legging it' starting the first week of august.

so, advise away please.
