The winning tree is The ‘Sycamore Gap’ Tree that is on the Hadrian's wall national trail as well as the pennine way. Well worth a diversion of 20/30yards off the trail to get a good photo.

It is one of the most photographed trees in the UK, growing in a dramatic dip alongside Hadrian's Wall. It is famous for being filmed in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves (not that I have seen the film - sorry).
