Phil Slater - What a wonderful account of your walk. I have thought about doing this a few times, your account makes me want to do it even more although the weather on parts of the Pennine Way (which I did last year) does make me think again!
I thought that I should let you know that I have put your posting on the Pennine Way Forum so that other people who may not visit this forum don't miss it.

What an inspiration you have been to me.
Iam reading your journal every lunchtime, what an experience, which I intend to replicate.
I was going to thank you on finishing the reading , but just seen you post an couldnt resist saying welldone and thanks.
