Anyone intending to walk the Dales Way should really make sure that, on arriving in Ilkley, start the walk immediately after travelling so as to get to Addingham. We had a long day travelling and could have easily stayed put till morning, but so glad we didn't otherwise we wouldn't have had such a wonderful stay at Beck House Farm. A little way off the walk, but with the comfort of the bed, and the oh so wonderful breakfast, it was worth it. Cath & Dave are wonderful, friendly people, and I could have stayed there longer. It put us in good stead for the camping nights ahead!

OK.PERHAPS YOU CAUGHT ME AS I HAD JUST COME IN FROM WORK. HAVE ONLY JUST JOINED THE SITE AND CLICKED WRONGLY! AM ALWAYS IN TOO MUCH OF A HURRY. CERTAINLY IS A GOOD STOP THOUGH! AS FOR OFFA'S DYKE. WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ANOTHER GO AT IT. DID IT 4 YEARS AGO AND BLISTERED UP BADLY IN BETWEEN TOES BEFORE WE GOT TO PANDY,SO HAD TO DO RETAIL THERAPY IN HAY ON WYE! HAVE BEEN OFF THE CIRCUIT FOR A WHILE DUE TO HEATH ISSUES, BUT HOPEFULLY NOW COMPLETED THE DALES WAY, AND DID FAIRFIELD FELL AT THE END OF IT, I WILL HAVE MY CONFIDENCE TO DO ANOTHER SOON,
