Hi,

I have got a few days at Spring Bank week, so I am planning to do a "highlights" section of the wall. I am hoping to park up at Carlisle and take a train to Hexham or Corbridge before walking back to Carlisle. Does anyone know where it is safe to park in Carlisle for a few days please ?

Do you want free secure parking? There are several parking places just south of where the A7 crosses the river (and path). Most of them charge several pounds sterling for each day. Check out the link below:
