Not doing too bad this year - dropping a stone has helped! - made 58.89% on a 2 miler and 51.51% on Sunday's 12 miler and this without pushing too much (ie. keeping heart rate to target) - when I start the next phase of program (programme - whichever Onslow...) (strength and 85% effort) I should better these, but just feel that I'm courting injury at present with a little bit of tenderness here and there. Could be due to new shoes..?
Including squats with weights now as well (not done this before) this is an attempt to gain extra leg muscle for the lakes. Hopefully I'll arrive at Shap better prepared this year lol...
