Honest guys.
Were would i be without you.
I am doing the execises, I got the superfeet.
Come 2013(mid June) you will be eating my dust.

Seriously. This is what makes this forum special.
The advice. and the knowledge that spans all the experiences we have all had.
I know I am still a novice, and I know I shall never attain the mileage you guys have done. But I do know, the miles I have left in me will be well spent having taken your advice.
Thank You All.

My feet appear to have heard about this next attempt and are rebelling as we speak.............I may have to leave them at home and do the walk on my knees.

I use a wine bottle (empty) to do the foot rolling exercises. But you don't have to drink a bottle of wine every day, you can re-use the empty one!

Have you been to see a podiatrist yet? My doctor told me I had plantar fasciitis without even examining me, which I thought was strange as my problem wasn't my heel it was the arch. It was the podiatrist who diagnosed collapsed foot arches, but above exercise also helps that.

SS. I spoke with Doc, who seemed to think what I described was PF.
He didn't agree about re-using the same bottle though.
Must be red wine and freshly opened ....he said.
I am not going to argue with a man with letters after him.
Unless it's the postman...late again

That's pretty impressive - how do you keep the wine in the bottle while doing the exercises?!
