I think this is the main one Les.
http://www.gofar.eclipse.co.uk/jossnaylorlc.htmlWell I'm back home early, after the wheels fell off at Dunmail Raise, halfway. I managed 16 summits and 23 miles, mostly done during the long 8 hours of darkness, before calling it a day.
The wheels were never actually on to start with. Legs just felt unusually tired going up the road through the Pooley Bridge camp site after half a mile. My hopes that they would come to, never materialised and by the time I reached Red Screes each ascent and descent was really painfull as my upper front Quads were screaming.
I believe it is down to a lot of a certain type of commercial work I have done recently.
Anyway, such a nice morning when I decided not to carry on and ascend Steel Fell, that I slowly walked the lengh of Thirlmere and beyond, 13 miles in all back to my car in Keswick.
Dave.
