Hello to everyone
We are in the initial planning stages for walking the Pembrokeshire Way in May 2013. Will walk about 12-15 miles a day and use a baggage service and also take our time adding in bird watching days as well. I'm wondering if any of you have a favourite B&B that you'd suggest that we stay in. I've got 2 guide books (Trailblazer and the one by Brian John) but haven't decided which direction we will walk. We'll also be doing the Cotswold Way so will link these two walks with some sight seeing days as well. Thanks in advance.

Slight change in plans for next May/June. We will now be walking the Cumbria Way but taking about 16 days as we are staying a minimum of 3 nights at most stopping places. Rather than carry our bags we will also be using Sherpavan so it will be interesting to only carry a day pack :-)

That's three times as long as the average 5 days for the route. Can see your logic though, coming from so far away. There are good fells to explore around all the usual stopover places, plus the places themselves of course.
Dave.
