I've just spent a wonderful few days in Knoydart trying to get to the pub.

If you're interested in such an adventure I've written it up here:

Cheers!

Well done!
What a crackin write up and superb photos.
I have yet to venture into Knoydart to bag the Munros there and you have given me food for thought about doing something similar when I do.
Thanks really enjoyed reading that.
dave.

Thanks fellas - I still new to this blogging lark so I do appreciate your kind words!

slogger - I definitely recommend Knoydart if you appreciate a bit of solitude. But don't try to combine Munroes and camping! I certainly won't be doing both next time...

Cheers!

Why thanking you! It is a wonderful place, and with clear skies like we had - on the whole - you really can't beat it!

If you go in May you might just see me there again!

Afternoon all.

I so enjoyed the Old Forge so much I decided to go back.

On foot again of course, but this time via a different route - from Invergarry (+ a couple of excursions!)

If anyone's appetite is whetted or fancy tickled, my trip report is here entitled "Inver to Inver".

Happy walking!
