"We weren't booked with Sherpa, but we were walking in Yorkshire and found ourselves looking for a taxi to Kirby Stephen station, to get to Richmond as our holiday company had suggested. Our walk had finished at a remote lodge twelve miles from Kirby Stephen and it wasn't clear how we were supposed to even get our luggage to the road as no taxi could have made it up the track. Fortunately we were put in touch with Sherpa. The Van came to collect us and the luggage to get us to the station. The driver Ron pointed out however that there was no train from Kirby Stephen to Richmond. He took great pains to get us to a bus route in the opposite direction to where he was going. After that everything went smoothly. Just a note to say thanks to Ron. We'll travel with Sherpa next time."
